I'm unable to stop the"addsecurity exception"box from appearing everytime I use my email. Would appreciate your assistance.

An "Add Security Exception" keeps popping up while accessing my emails. I have contacted my cable provider(Shaw),which has been unable to solve this problem.They recommended that I contact Mozilla support.I am unable to cancel this popup by hitting the "cancel" box.Would appreciate your assistance.
