I can't upload media on any web site. But I am able to play videos online. I am using Firefox 32.0

i have latest version of adobe flash installed and i am able to play all kinds of videos on all online tubes. But i am not able to upload media files. Including i am not able to upload pictures to deviantart or videos to youtube. Whats problem with this version Firefox 32.0
