Hello, to stop the message go to, 3-bar menu(on the right) > Options > Advanced > General > UNcheck the Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page > OK (to save the changes)

now to block redirects (but affects only HTTP redirects, not redirects with HTML meta tags or JavaScript), go to about:config, copy and paste in the search bar the next bold preference network.http.redirection-limit double-click on it and change the value to 0 (zero). Exit firefox and restart it. Any luck ?
