After updating from v33 to v36 my Tile thumbnails don't update when I use the to go to a site. They usually changed to what was new in the site I was visiting.

You can delete the thumbnails folder to remove currently stored thumbnails. You can find this folder in the parent location of the disk cache that can be found on the about:cache page.

  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

The "AppData" folder in Windows Vista and later Window 7+ versions and the "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K are hidden folders.
