Does Mozilla still have a version of Thunderbird that can reside fully on and run from a flash drive?

I would like to have a standalone, portable instance of Thunderbird loaded on a flash drive. At one time in the past, I know you had a version of TB that would reside on a flash drive. I don't find that now? Is it still available? If so, where can I find it?
