Where should this be entered?
The TB account exists, it is not new.

You replace the existing saved password with the new one. Follow these instructions to remove and replace the saved passwords. Each password is there twice. Once for Inbound and once for outbound. Remove them both for the gmail account. https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=19006
