Why is it when I updated to Firefox 41, I cannot use Malwarebytes?

I upgraded to the Firefox 41 and now I cannot use the Malwarebytes program. If I have it running before I load Firefox I get the - cannot load XPXOM - If I turn off the program then Firefox runs fine.

Malwarebytes probably blocks a DLL or other file that Firefox needs, based on previous reports of "cannot load XPCOM" errors.

Can you set Malwarebytes to allow or exclude Firefox?

Alternatively, it could be Malwarebytes is clashing with an extension like a toolbar. Does running Firefox in Safe Mode help? Firefox Safe Mode is activated by holding Shift while you start Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode.

Prior to firefox 41 I was able to use Sandboxie, since 41 I get the message below followed by XPCOM warning:
