The events I entered yesterday (and earlier) on my Google calendar do not show up in my Ubuntu 15.10 Thunderbird/Lightning (38.3.0/4.0.3.1), but do show up in my Windows 10 Thunderbird/Lightning. If I change the previously entered events on my Google calendar, they show up in my (Ubuntu) Thunderbird/Lightning. There must be a bug in the Ubuntu version.

It works now. I deleted my Google calendar, quit Thunderbird, restarted Thunderbird, and added my Google calendar back in. Now everything shows up just fine. Oh, I also tossed three pinches of salt over my left shoulder. If you're a conservative, you may wish to try the right shoulder. :-)
