Do you have those bookmarks saved as an html file? If so you can use the instructions in this article - Import Bookmarks from an HTML file

Or if the other computer is still connected to the internet, you can set up sync on that computer and on the new computer and your bookmarks will sync over to the new computer - How do I set up Sync on my computer?
