Hi, the easiest way is to turn off the notification: Type Notification Area Icons into the Start Menu search box, then click on the result and set GWX to Hide icon and Notifications > OK.

There is a lot of discussion on various websites (easily found by doing a search) about how to remove all traces of Win 10, which generally involves uninstalling numerous Win 10 updates, but going into that, is beyond the scope of this forum.

Open the Windows Updater program. In the middle of the page, press the View Update History link. Look for KB 3035583 and delete it.
