Once a message is arrived, I can see it only for a few minutes then it disappears from the monitor and from thunderbirds. I cannot see any arrived message.
I have the problem that I cannot take into Thunderbird the arrived messages. They are showed only for some minutes and then they disappear. I cannot see then from internet also because they have been downloaded by Thunderbird. Someone can tell me how to set Thunderbird to make it possible to see the downloaded messages? Are the messages in the 'deleted' folder for this account? Or in any other folder?
No. I don't nove them anywhere. They disappear from the lista of arrived mail.
do you get mail from that account on another device? like a phone?
