I just opened a "survey" that popped up while I was using Firefox, was it Mozilla?

I was using Firefox and this official looking window popped up saying I'd been selected to take a survey. I assumed it was by Mozilla but when I clicked on it there was no indication it was from Mozilla. I immediately closed it but I'm concerned I opened a bad pop-up.
