Check the settings of the program/add-on saving the file.

This is firefox built in feature, not addons. And there is no setting everywhere.

If you need more options like a delay or saving the image to the clipboard then you can use the Developer toolbar and invoke the screenshot command. Firefox has a built-in feature to take a screenshot as one of the Developer Toolbar commands (Shift+F2; 3-bar Firefox menu button > Developer or Tools > Web Developer).

The default file name is "Screen Shot yyyy-mm-dd at HH.MM.SS.png" in the download directory. You can type a space and two dashes (--) to see all options and use the cursor Up and Down keys to cycle through available options You can type help screenshot in the command line to see more information about the screenshot command.
