Al intentar entrar a una página (https://www.comercialrefinacion.pemex.com/portal) me aparece el error SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ esto estando tanto detrás de un Fortigate como de un internet sin firewall, pero otros navegadores (como Safari e IE) sí pueden abrirlo. Gracias!

Probablemente el certificado del sitio ya expiró. Te recomiendo que hables con el encargado del sitio para que verifique esto.
