How can I display subfolders under Inbox?

My mail server is Office 365, connected via IMAP. As you can see in Outlook on the left side of my screenshot, I have two subfolders "done" and "tasks" under Inbox. In Thunderbird, the folders are present, but they're not displayed under Inbox. Is there a way for me to get them to appear under Inbox?

I would guess not. or they would appear there by default.

Microsoft have never been very good at implementing open standards. This is probably just another of those poor implementations.

Thanks for the response!

So the strange thing is that Thunderbird is aware of the fact that these are subfolders of Inbox. You can see that in the subscription dialog here: http://imgur.com/a/33K0U

So if Thunderbird knows they're subfolders, why aren't they displaying that way in the main UI? As a followup, is it ever possible to have the Thunderbird UI display subfolders under inbox?
