Firefox just updated. I lost everyhting,book marks, you name it. gone, Now what do I do?

Firefox was having script problems. So I did a "refresh" I lost everything. book marks menu and lot more. Looks like it might in come type of backup file, but I can't firgure out how to get it back, Firefox is still having script problems.

Hi, first try restarting Firefox - 3-bar menu > Exit Firefox in bottom right corner.

If that doesn't help, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the file isn't there, or for bookmarks only, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

Some of it helped. However I am having script issues with facebook.
