Two weeks ago I was not able to sign in to my email. I used the last three passwords and none worked. I have two folders, one is POP and one is IMAP which my IP set up. Why, I don't know. Anyway, I was able to get into my IMAP account but not the POP account. I changed the setting to Normal Password from Encrypted and it seemed to solve the problem with the POP account. But now, I am no longer getting any emails in either account. I would like to reset the whole thing and start over, but I have been using Thunderbird since 2010 and I don't want to lose my emails. What do I do? Thank you, Leelee
