What happened to the pictures in my email?
When reading my email, suddenly any email with a picture will open but the picture doesn't. If I wait long enough, sometimes 15 min or more, the picture will build, sometimes not. A lot of my email contains pictures. I need to see these pictures in order to decide whether or not to keep and read email, or to delete it. If it is going to take me two hours to read 15 emails, I will find another server.

It sounds like your Internet connection is slow.
Try going to http://www.speedtest.net/ to test Internet speed. If the download speed is much below 1 Mbps, then that is the problem. Confirm with your Internet Service Provider what your download speed should be.
