I have English/US selected under language options however often a website will display in Hebrew. I have not selected Hebrew as a second choice. I actually haven't selected any language as a second choice. I just happen to live in Israel. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Thanks.

Websites do not always honor the language information sent by the browser. Instead, they may look at the source IP address of your request and use that information to customize your experience. Often multilingual sites make it easy to switch to another language, but either way, unless you use a VPN to send your requests through an English-speaking country, there's no way to fool sites that key off your IP address (or other location information).
