Firefox crashes / freezes on a specific computer randomly
We have a user of a Dell Precision 3520 laptop who experiences randomly freezes in Firefox. When it happens, Firefox just freezes and uses all of the CPU power. The user has to kill the Firefox process by using Windows 10 Task Manager.
I asked the user to give me the crash report ID's by using about:crashes. This is what was shared with me:

I also have the files which I found in the folder c:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\pending. They are *.dmp and *.extra files. Would you like me to share them as well?
