Note that Firefox has a special extension to take a screenshot of a web page that shows as Firefox Screenshots 6.6.0 in the System Details list. It allows to make a selection. I assume that the extension that you use uses the same API to make the screenshot, so it would only differ in the user interface.

Builtin ffirefox Screenshot extension: If you click the Download button (down pointing arrow) then the image is saved in the folder set as the default download location in "Options/Preferences -> General" whether this choice is selected or "always ask" is selected. You can temporarily select the 'Save files to' setting to modify the default location and then select 'always ask' again.

If Easy Screenshot doesn't come back to life, there are a lot of alternatives, with new ones being introduced regularly using the new interface compatible with Firefox 57.

I've been experimenting with this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/savescreenshot/

Unfortunately, it doesn't suggest a useful file name when displaying the save dialog. (I've suggested to the author to fix that.)
