old firefox
Where is my old firefox and how can I restore all my bookmarks from my old firefox??? when I opened firefox today, I automaticall got the new version and all my old stuff is gone...Where is it??? I don't have a folder "old firefox" on my desktop or anywhere else on my computer. Please help me to get my old firefox data back!!! thank you!!!

Check to see if you have this folder on your computer:
c:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<your profile>\bookmarkbackups\
If yes, just restore the latest of those backups.
That would only recover bookmarks.
You said there is no 'old Firefox' on your desktop? Please make sure.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
How many profiles are listed?
How many should be there?
Was this a regular update within Firefox Beta 57, or did this occur upgrading from Firefox Beta 56 to 57?
Have you restarted Windows since this problem occurred? Sometimes there are file lock/permissions issues that limit Firefox's access to its settings, so before struggling too long, I do recommend trying that.
