Program Hangs When Clicking Menu Icon

Program hangs and shows (Not Responding) when I click on the Menu button.

If I launch as administrator (right-click the shortcut and select "Run as administrator...") the app functions fine.

This happened with the Quantum update. I have done a complete reinstall as well as a refresh of Firefox to no changes.

Has anyone seen/been able to resolve this?

Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

Still having this issue.

Issue persists in Safe Mode.

Clean install, no add-ons, hardware acceleration on and off, no changes.

Please assist.
