If you have one account set up, you can add another by going to File|New|Existing Mail Account.

What do you mean by a "Thunderbird account"?

What have you tried? What's giving you trouble? I have about eight accounts here in Thunderbird and I jump from one to another so the time. I don't see what your problem might be, so perhaps you need to tell us what you have and have not done up to now.
