Why can't I manually update Firefox on my i-pad? I click on the "update" logo but nothing happens.

Facebook keeps telling me that I need to update Firefox in my i-pad, but when I click on the "update" logo in Firefox's web page, nothing happens.

Firefox for iOS updates the same way as other iOS apps - the App Store.
