Hello,

Autoupdate feature is enabled but fails to update the Firefox version. Have tried all the resolutions mentioned in the blog except to run the new Setup installer . DO we have any other resolution apart from manual intervention.

Sometimes there is a problem with doing updates.

If you have trouble with the upgrade, use this link; http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Firefox comes in two or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
