I have tried to delete bookmarks of all possible different ways and none of them will work, they just dont get deleted. I tried to solve it by deleting places.sqlite, and xulsure.json, I tried to delete them from the upper bookmark bar and the "all bookmarks" menu, and nothing gets it done. I also tried to refresh firefox, and nothing, I started firefox with addons disabled just in case... Nothing I do seems to be working!

Have you read the suggestions in the Can't add, change or save bookmarks - How to fix support article?

If you did, make sure to (re)move the bookmarks backups (stored in the <profile folder>\bookmarkbackups folder) - chances are the file as well as (one of) the backups is corrupt, so the issue will return.

Did you just disable the add-ons, or use safe mode?
