or drag and drop from the list in Thunderbird.

bulk export can be achieved in a number of formats using the import export tools addon. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/

IF you just want to make you mail portable then portable apps Thunderbird might be a fit. https://portableapps.com/
