Sites give denied access error, cleared history, and changes nothing
I've looked this up in multiple searches and thought I'd fixed it at one point, but haven't been able to fix it fully. It seems to be random what sites do it since I had the issue originally on fossil's website and now that's gone but now I'm having the same issue just trying to access yelp. I've wiped history, cookies and everything, attempted to access on other browsers(which did work originally but now even that's not working) and disable proxy but nothing seems to be doing to allow me to access these sites...

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?
http://yelp.com/ try https://www.yelp.com/
http://fossil.com/ try https://www.fossil.com/en-us/
I basically just get some form of a access denied on both. Like Yelp gives "Sorry, you’re not allowed to access this page. Contact Yelp if you keep experiencing issues.". Other sites will just give a generic "you're not allowed to access that on this server" message preventing me from doing anything on the site(which stinks for yelp since generally places through that have more reviews than the same listed under google maps or whatever). I'm not even sure how to explain it further, they just don't allow access to the site basically after a certain point. I've even had HP do it to me at one point too.
If you are using a direct link or a bookmark, try accessing the website's main page.
I'm actually not sure what you mean by that. I almost always either go to it from a search result, or typing it in the address bar.....I don't know if this is a linux issue or what but it's getting kinda frustrating not being able to access certain sites even tho I'm at home and shouldn't have issues going to sites like this...

I think that's what I'm doing by going to just yelp.com or whatever the site is. I don't get why they're just automatically blocking me like this for no reason....
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Thing is, I don't have any security software other than what might be built into manjaro if that even exists. Most of those links you added don't even sound like what's happening since it's a "access denied" error that seems to happen after clicking on something on the homepage. Which I could just pull up this stuff on my phone in an app(except fossil and hp if those decide to block me again since those don't have an app) but I still would like to figure out why they are just blocking me from going to their sites normally...
