I hit control P to print I get a white box and nothing

I have the 80.0b1 beta when i try and print an email I hit control p and the white box appears but thats it and nothing prints. I hit the preview option as well and white box? Is anyone else having this issue?

I cannot help. I had that same problem. I posted a similar help 6 days ago. I noted a comment somewhere that the beta version had a print problem. So no response, and I downloaded 78.1.1 and now have a couple of configuration queries.

Do you still see this when using 81 beta? I'm not able to reproduce your issue when using it on Windows 10.

Thanks for your response. After a long period of not being able to print I gave up. I am no longer using beta version, I am using 78.2. Unfortunately in the process I lost my address book, but life goes on
