Can not get Thunderbird to access my email account on Spectrum

After hard drive failure I have not been able to get Thunderbird to access my email account. I can access it using WebMail without a problem but keep getting error messages while trying to get Thunderbird to work.

I'm working in the "Set up existing email address" section. Filled in my email address and password and after clicking on "continue" get reply: "Configuration found in Mozilla ISP data base"

It shows Protocall as: Incoming IMAP- Mobil.charter.net SSL And : outgoing SMTP: Mobil.charter.net SSL Also user name as my full mail address.

When I click on "Done" get yellow warning "Unable to log in at server, wrong configuration, user name or Password"

Make changes Spectrum help person suggested and now with servers in and out going set to "mail.twc.com" and ports as incoming "993" out going "587"  I tried "RE-test"

Error message is now "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account!"

Some say Spectrum uses webmail.spectrum.net as an incoming and outgoing POP settings I found this post, but it might not give you a solution, or it just might https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1240637

Well unless they made a change in the last 48 hours I would think that would not be the problem.

Just a wild thought. If I had an email account that worked fine with TB a couple days ago but then downloaded TB again would I be right to be trying to "Set up existing email address"? Does "existing email address" refer to one I have with Spectrum?

Also I did manage to save my "default" file from Profiles would this be of any help. Seems I recall in years past that file had all the saved emails and contacts lists and so on.
