My bookmarks gone after I reset my windows and my Sync from firefox accounts its not working

I have the same account on my cell phone and my favorites appear there. I tried to sync, and nothing happened. There is no extension on mobile for me to retrieve all my bookmarks. Opening tab to tab on mobile is something that will take days. How do I contact support about my account? I already tried some solutions from this forum

You should try to get the MFA to work using one of the codes in the 'Firefox Recovery Codes.txt' file that you saved when you created your account. If you don't have the file anymore, you can always select multiple bookmarks at a time on the mobile version of Firefox using a long press and send them to yourself through email or a messaging app that you can access on the desktop, right click each link with the mouse and add them as a bookmark.
