Website not loading fully, spinning wheel / loading bar never stops

if you click on multiple products in the navigation (icons) there are some issues in loading: http://prntscr.com/1gal22w

I dont know what is causing the issue and need help pls.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
