Hello

I am using Firefox 90.0.2 on Windows 10.

It is impossible for me to connect to the website

    http://www.minresco.com/

Something is blocking it. It is not my ISP (I checked with them; they suggested that either Firefox or antivirus software is doing this).

How do I tell if Firefox is doing the blocking, and how do I remove the block if it is?

Thanks,

Kurt

Hi Kurt

The website seems to open fine for me here.

Are you getting an error message of some kind?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I apologize for the delay.

The problem still appears in "troubleshoot" mode.

There is no error message other than "Problem loading page / Unable to connect / Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.minresco.com."

No further explanation is given.

How do I find the list of any sites that may be blocked?

Thanks,

Kurt

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
