Hello I want to upgrade my Linux by new installation and want to backup all items in Firefox 92 (Ubuntu). When I try to login to Firefox Sync I fill username and password and then web pages show me a message that "We appologize, Your account is locked, now. Confirmation email, which we sent to "my email address", was returned. We lock your account to have your account safe." If it is valid email, please contact us, we help you unlock your account." There is active link, under "contact us" but linked to https://support.mozilla.org/cs/ . I do not find any information how to unlock my account. Can anybody help? Thanks

Sync nepoužívám, mimo jiné právě pro takové a podobné potíže. Pokud chceš zálohovat soubory profilu, udělej to přes Nápověda - Další technické informace - Složka s profilem - Otevřít.

Zazálohuj si celou nadřazenou složku, tzn. s názvem jako 4zuadedw.default-release V novém umístění pak překopíruj obsah této složky do nově vytvořené složky. Zálohování i kopírování/přepisování dělej při ukončeném Firefoxu!
