Solucionado pt-BR: Descobri a casusa do problema. Meu PC tem AMD Radeon instalado e este aplicativo utilizava esse comando para abrir microfone.

solved I found the cause of the problem. My PC has AMD Radeon installed and this application used this command to open microphone
