Hi, Is there a way to save email filters to the cloud (instead of just local) so I can also access the same email filter settings for both my desktop and laptop and other devices? This would include the ability to enable global settings and email signatures (although email signatures are not the top priority)

Not that is supported.

You could manually copy the filterrules.dat files from your account folders. But I really don't see any point to that, filtering to IMAP folders is far more efficient. I rely on Thunderbird to filter my mail and then syncronise the changes back to the server.

Totally unrelated to filters and would require a Thunderbird sync similar to Firefox sync. While such a thing is discussed from time to time, the amounts of data involved are unlikely to ever see such a thing offered for free. As a paid enhancement it may arrive in the next few years.
