I have to change the password for one of my Email accounts. I went to the help pages to find out how to do this. It told me to go TOOLS>OPTIONS or to the 4 dark bars in the upper right corner of the main page and select OPTIONS to find the Password Manager. Neither one of these paths exist. So...where is the password manager?. I'm using V91010.0 of Thunderbird. Methinks that your help pages may be outdated.

It depends on what OS you're using. The menu for Linux, for example, is different than the one for Windows. In windows, it is Tools>Preferences>Privacy&Security and in Linux I think it is starts at Edit>Preferences>Privacy&Security. You need to first click 'show passwords' and then right-click the desired account.

Thanks David: You've made my 3 brains cells feel better. I was at that location but failed to see the correct button. Thanks again for the fast response.

You're very welcome. Sometimes our brains are on vacation. Enjoy.
