Firefox are not sending me the 6 digit code email to sync my accounton on pc. I have added the email address to my contacts and I've checked the junk folder, nothing. When it somehow actually sends an email, it's to notify me that there is new sign in activity... Where the f*** is the 6 digit code?

Do you have enabled 2-step authentication? I was setting up a new computer few days ago and Firefox did not send an email, but expected a code from the authenticator app.

Please read carefully the monit from the Firefox account.

Note that you can also use the email address and password to connect a device to Sync.

Hi, Yes I have 2 step authentication set up, but the message says it will send an email. I also checked the authenticator and used the code on there, which does not work.

Hi, Sorry, but that is not the issue. I am using my Firefox account to sign in on pc, the problem arises when it tries to send me an email to confirm that it's me. I'm sorry, but I can't explain it anymore than that as I don't understand why it's not working
