Ever since Windows moved me to 11 my printer isn't connecting and seems to stay off line

I only say that as, every time I try to print Mozilla 'goes off' or seemingly won't respond to the command. I have waited several minutes but Mozilla doesn't come back 'online.' I am not a wizard at these things but....
