I cannot open the IN TOUCH tab at the Mary Kay Cosmetics website. This message is displayed, “Firefox can't find the server at applications.facebook.com

I have never had any problem accessing the Mary Kay website and clicking on the INTOUH tab to enter into the application designed for Mary Kay consultants to have access to purchasing products and other information in regards to having a Mary Kay business. I was into the website earlier this morning with no problem. At the MK website I can click on all of the other Tabs and no problem entering. Only the INTOUCH tab will not open.
