i keep getting wrong sync key..have triple chekced and it is right..running evo 4G 2.2 froyo

just installed firefox for my mobile ...installed on my pc, and tryd to set up but keep getting sync key wrong everytime i input it into my mobile device...i have triple checked and it is rite...help please

Make sure that Firefox on your PC is using the new version 1.5 of the Firefox Sync add-on (or a recent Firefox 4 nightly build).

The sync key needs the correct capitalization. Using your PC, you could also try changing the sync key to something easier to type and check.

I got it to work finally - just use a new, system generated sync key/passphrase (same thing).

No matter how long or complex a sync key that I tried to come up with; it simply wouldn't work. Once I used the system generated one - bang, it worked on all four devices.

Goes without saying, that I'd back your stuff up first .....
