I downloaded HP software and driver to reinstall my multifunction printer. It said it didnt have software to install it. I redownloaded 5 or 6 times. It doesnt show the download in the listed programs on the computer.

S0ftware that is downloaded through Firefox isn't automatically installed, nor can you install it thru Firefox.

1. {Ctrl + J} or Tools > Downloads - to open the downloads window
2. Right-click a downloaded file and select Open Containing Folder
3. Do the installation from that folder.

Where does it go after the hourglass disappears? It says extracting, then the hourglass comes, on then it disappears. Sorry I'm so dumb about this
