Regardless of what I type in the address box, it changes what I typed and goes to http://www.google.com/cse?cx=013269018370076798483%3A8eec3papwpi&ie=UTF-8&q=

When I type an address in the search window and click enter, the address is changed to http://www.google.com/cse?cx=013269018370076798483%3A8eec3papwpi&ie=UTF-8&q=. I then type the address a second time and am taken to it.

This happens on both my computers.

ANSWER:

Would you all happen to have blackle as your homepage like I did (or maybe another search engine)? For some reason, it was triggering it to search blackle instead of typing in my address in the search bar.

Change your homepage to something else and there will be no problem!
