Why can't I add items to the basket on zavvi.com with Firefox 4.0?

I am finding it impossible to add items to the basket on the zavvi.com website I get a dialog box with a loading symbol. But nothing ever happens. Last week, I could only add certain items, but now, nothing will get added.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Hi, I have tried all that, as well as reinstalling firefox.

I did what you asked again, just to see. I added an item to the basket no problem. Unfortunately any subsequent items would not be added. I have reinstalled firefox, deleting any previous info I had including bookmarks, passwords etc... and the same thing happened again.
