Firefox 4 doesn't support my printer. How dumb is that? It's an HP4500, a pretty common one. I can't believe that a new version of Firefox suggests that I need to find a new printer driver -- what the hell have you done to your software. If I had provided a new version of old software to the Military that wasn't backward compatible I would have been fired. When are you going to fix that?

How do I get back to my old version of Firefox (3.1.17) which was compatible with my printer?

Firefox has never had good, simple bookmark management like Netscape had - and you didn't even try to fix it. Why?.

The new Firefox 4 is crap. It must have been developed by a committee. Is this a government projecy?
