I think it just appeared as I would never have changed my homepage. Now it opens when I open FireFox, and I use iGoogle for my homepage. SO I don't know where I got this, and I can't find it in extensions or add-ons.

Click on Firefox > Options > Options. Then go to the General Tab and change the homepage.

If you have samfind installed, you may have Customized samfind and gone to the Other Tab and set samfind as the default homepage. You can uncheck that check box to turn it off over there.
