
Part of my online shop is being blocked by the phishing filter, I have completed the Google form to remove it from the Blacklist, but I need this actioned as soon as possible and would prefer to be able to deal directly with a person
Part of my online shop is being blocked by the phishing filter. Although I have completed the Google form to have it removed from the Blacklist, this has not yet happened, we are losing business,. While I understand the need to protect web users from fraud - our online trade depends on this- there should be a more direct and reassuring method for online traders to deal with false error messages and to ahve sights removed from the Blacklist more readily

Sorry about that problem. You need to discuss that issue with Google, Mozilla has no involvement beyond using that Google service.
