I have a sync account in firefox, previously I syncnised all the information there, now I format my computer so all the data are lost. Now I want to retrive the information from my sync account. can u tell me How I do this ??

Add it as a new device to your existing account. You'll need the Account Name (email address) & Password that you set your Sync account up with, and the Sync Key that was assigned.

i tried all this steps that shown in firefox website, but that cant resolve my problem..
