The HTML file has not been rendering properly since about version 4

My generated HTML file stopped rendering properly after version 3.5 or something. The problem does not go away with frequent updates, it works fine in IE and Chrome

Basically, there is a table with links to image files. Firefox renders about half of images and dumps the anchors of the rest
